My name is Aubrie Mindock and I am the author of "Back Up On Skis." I have always felt that it is important to give back to our world and to those in need. My family and I came up with donating 50% of my book sales to schools that are in need of books, computers, nicer classrooms, better teachers, healthier lunches, after school activities and to the arts and sports.

I want children to have the education they deserve and there are many schools in this country who cannot afford new books or enough supplies for the students. Because of this I am giving away 50% of my income from my book sales only to one school in each state who could use some supplies and help.

Hello, my name is Aubrie Mindock and I am an author of three books so far. My first book "A New Beginning" was written when I was only 17 years old. It is my first book and I wrote it without the help of my family or friends. It is a short read, only 76 pages and great for younger kids and teens.

My second book, "Back up on Skis" just came out. I go into more detail about my ski accidents in this book and even write about my trip to Heaven. This book is good for teens and young adults. All three of my books include journals so you can reflect on your life. I am also working on getting this book made into a movie.

My third book, "Life" is about my life outside of skiing. This book is great for teenagers and middle school kids because I talk about being bullied in school and how I overcame the harassment from my peers. Life is personal but I decided to write about something other than skiing because I want to reach out to kids who are going through a tough time in school.
